Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly give you a refund provided the item is returned in the original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will however, not refund the shipping costs and insurance cost (if applicable). Items must be shipped with their original packaging and a copy of the invoice and/or receipt. Please email us at  beads@rkjens.com let us know you will be returning the item.
